Research Shipping Options

Every order ships cold-chain regardless of the option selected. Choose based on how quickly your lab needs the batch on-site.

All shipments are packed in discreet, unmarked outer packaging with cold-chain insulation and, where required, gel or dry-ice packs matched to transit time.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET on a business day are typically packed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after that cutoff, or on weekends/holidays, ship the next business day.

Delivery & Risk of Loss

Once a package is scanned by the carrier, tracking is provided via email. Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier pickup — see our Terms & Conditions for details.
