All products sold by Cathrex Labs are strictly for laboratory research and in-vitro experimental use by qualified professionals. Products are not for human consumption, not for diagnostic use, and not for therapeutic or veterinary use of any kind.

2. Eligibility

3. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected misuse, fraud, or pricing errors.
• Payment is due in full at the time of order. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.

6. Certificates of Analysis

Every batch is independently tested and shipped with a corresponding Certificate of Analysis (COA). COAs reflect the specific lot shipped and are provided for research verification purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cathrex Labs is not liable for any misuse of products purchased through this site, including any use outside of laboratory research. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount paid for the applicable product.
